The Regional Eye Center's primary location is Suite #2 in the Holston Valley Physicians Building at 135 West Ravine Road. This building is directly across the street from Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. From West Stone Drive, turn onto Clinchfield Street. (If you are traveling east, turn right; if you are traveling west, turn left.) At the first light, turn left onto Ravine Road. The Holston Valley Physicians Building is located one-half mile on the right.

The Regional Eye Center at Meadowview is located at 4 Sheridan Square, suite 102 in Kingsport.

The Regional Eye Surgery Center is located at 999 Executive Park Blvd, suite 100 in Kingsport.
